Modified internal and external geometry also permits operation with a wide range of non Colt-spec platforms such as the HK® 416 and MR556A1, M27 IAR, British SA-80, FN® SCAR™ MK 16/16S, and others. A redesigned bolt catch notch in the rear of the magazine provides increased bolt catch clearance, while an over-travel stop on the spine helps ensure the magazine will not over-insert on compatible weapons.
Incorporating new materials and technology, then Gen M3 magazine sets a higher standard for durability, strength and reliability, with an expected service life that’s as long as your rifle’s barrel.

*NOTE: The MagLink is NOT compatible with first generation PMAGs (with Black follower, circa 2007-2009), 10 or 20 round PMAGs, custom branded PMAGs, or any other non AR15/M4 specific Magpul magazine such as the EMAG, PMAG 30G, or PMAG 30 AUS. Will also not fit other larger caliber magazines such as the PMAG 30 AK/AKM or the PMAG 25/20/10 LR/SR.
